Every new job for Dentsply starts with a chat with our Creative Directors, so we can learn their needs as well as discuss how we can creatively help them reach their next targets.
WHAT’S HAPPENING
STORYBOARDS
Once we had clear idea of the brand & a great script, we created sketched storyboards.
This stage really helped to give the Dentsply Sirona team a clearer idea of what was going to happen in their explainer film, as well as the camera angles we wanted to explore. Ensuring all their information points were covered and easy to understand.
HOW’S IT LOOKING
STYLEFRAMES
At this stage we produced a selection of the storyboard frames so the client could see exactly how the scene would look in the final animation.
We always like to make sure that the exact look and feel of the animation is on brand and has the right look to connect with the target audience.
LETS GET THINGS MOVING
ANIMATION
Animation begins! We provided regular updates on their animated explainer as it developed so the client had the opportunity, at every stage of the process, to review and feedback on our work to ensure they were 100% happy.
We used some of the latest animation techniques and styles to make a fun and exciting animation that not only connected with the target audience but was also jam packed with useful information.

Audio design
Audio design is a really important part of any explainer video. The music, sound effects and voice over have to fit perfectly with the visuals to really tell an engaging story that your audience can connect with.
Music and voiceover development ran in parallel with the animation stage. Developing these together allowed us to make sure the animation and the music work well together and helps to create a more impactful final product.
